Upload responsibility
Before publishing a track, artists must confirm they own or have permission for all elements of the submission, including beats, vocals, samples, loops, artwork and other material. The existing Android upload flow already contains this checkbox.
Report an infringement or abusive track
When the full app is live, users can report a track from its detail page. Until that system is available on the website, email support@viralorvanished.com with the relevant track or URL, what is wrong and how we can contact you. Do not send passwords.
Formal rights-holder notice
Include the copyrighted work, the alleged infringing material's URL or identifier, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that you are the owner or are authorized to act. Additional details may be required under applicable law.
Review and outcome
Admin review can result in a track being hidden, rejected, restored or left available depending on the evidence and applicable process. A method for counter-notices or appeals must be finalized before public uploads open.
