Terms of Service
1. The arena
Viral or Vanished is an independent music discovery and battle platform. By participating once accounts are opened, you agree to applicable terms and community rules.
2. Who can participate
Current app terms specify an age minimum of 13 and parental or guardian agreement for users under 18. Age eligibility, child safety, and regional privacy requirements must be verified before launch.
3. Uploads and rights
You must own or have permission to upload the audio, instrumental, vocals, samples, loops, artwork, titles, descriptions, and other material you submit. You are responsible for the rights and licenses required to make it available. The service may restrict access when material is reported or believed to violate platform rules or applicable law.
4. Conduct
No harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, spam, fake votes, bots, impersonation, manipulation of leaderboards, scams or uploading content without the necessary rights. Do not share another person's sensitive information without permission.
5. Moderation
Content may be approved, restricted, hidden, rejected or removed following review. Reports, blocking, and an appeals pathway must work when interactive community features launch. Repeat or serious violations can lead to account restrictions.
6. Ratings and promotions
Votes reflect community participation, not a guarantee of musical success. Sponsored placements must be identified as advertising and must not purchase or manipulate community ratings.
7. Availability and changes
The service is under development. Uptime, audience reach, virality, prize outcomes and sponsorships are not guaranteed. Material updates to these terms will be published here, with any legally required notice.
